Are you passionate about traveling and would you like to organize the perfect getaway within your area? If you have two years of experience in sales and you have a Native level of Dutch, check it out!

Our client is offering their customers exclusive and original weekends-trips all over the world. For more than 15 years they are the number 1 provider for fun, exciting and adventurous getaways. They are currently looking for new talent for their office in Barcelona.

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Developing an effective business plan to increase sales in the Dutch market
- Negotiating and creating a wide variety of competitive and attractive packages with the hotels in your portfolio
- Being responsible for a portfolio of around 200 hotels, in direct charge of the sales
- Establishing fruitful business relationships with the hotels in order to get the best competitive offers for your customers
- Negotiating specials and original and competitive getaways for our customers throughout the year and for specific marketing operations
- Proposing and implementing actions and campaigns to react as fast as possible when sales are not aligned with budget or are decreasing
- Market analysis as well as weekly and monthly reports for proper monitoring of sales and revenue
- Being in charge of ensuring positive KPI’s including our prices vs competitors, availability and number of offers


Key Languages:
- Native level of Dutch
- Fluent level of English

Core Skills/Experiences:
- Commercial profile, with 2 years of experience in (phone)sales, preferably in the tourism sector
- Passionate about negotiating and sales
- University degree or superior education in Tourism, Business, Sales or similar
- Dynamic, motivated and ambitious person
- Used to work by objectives and is stress resistant
- Proactive and team worker
- Analytic and strategic skills
- Managing a project with team members
