These are the areas where you will gain experience: Acquisition - Building a network on LinkedIn - Promote the activities of the company on LinkedIn - Acquisition of new clients Account Management - Build good long term relationship with your clients and improve their experience of using the job board - Discuss the needs of your clients - Make outbound calls to follow up on clients' demands - Encourage your clients to post their job offers - Advise your clients how to use the job board and its services - Inform your clients about the latest development within the company Sales - Identify sales opportunities and close (customized) deals - Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling in order to increase revenues Business Development - Analysis of goals and strategy with the team - This company is a startup and is always open to new ideas and possibilities to help develop the strategy
Experience - Entry level Languages: - Native level of Portuguese - Proficient level of English Skills and qualities: - Friendly and positive team player who is willing to work in an international environment - Proactive, eager to learn and highly motivated - Results-driven - Not afraid to pick up the phone - Passionate about online business and the recruitment industry - You are able to identify customer needs - Excellent listening and communication skills - Curious and able to multitask.
