Your main goal as Market Manager will be to develop an effective business plan to increase sales in the Netherlands market, which includes hotels in different regions of this country * Responsible for a portfolio of around 200 hotels , in direct charge of the sales. * Establish fruitful business relationships with the hotels in order to get the best competitive offers for our customers. * Propose and implement actions and campaigns to react as fast as possible when sales are not aligned with budget or are decreasing * Market analysis as well as weekly and monthly reports for proper monitoring of sales and revenue * In charge of ensuring positive KPI's including our prices vs competitors, availability and number of offers. * Negotiate specials and original and competitive getaways for our customers throughout the year and for specific marketing operations * Start up a product plan for their areas with targets of types of getaways and offers, according to the season and in accordance with the marketing plan established by the company. * Propose and implement actions quickly and flexibly to correct possible sales deviations. * Take responsibility for carrying out all the promotional actions requested by the marketing department.
* University degree or superior education in Tourism, Business, Sales or similar. * Languages: native Dutch, good level of English. * Commercial profile, passionate about negotiating and sales. * Previous experience in sales and tourism, and team management. * Dynamic, motivated and ambitious person. * Used to work by objectives and stress resistant. * Proactive and team worker. * Analytic and strategic skills.
