Job description
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our customer's French team based in Barcelona. As an Account Manager, you will be the lead point of contact with most of the key accounts, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities to strengthen a long-lasting customer relationship. Your tasks:

Work closely with the Account Executive in order to get a 360 degrees vision of clients
On board all key accounts provided by the account executive
Manage the end to end relationship with these customers, including support and service
Organization of effective follow-ups and detect new sales opportunities
Run monthly or quarterly review with all customers
Negotiate contracts, renewals and promote the company in a competitive marketplace
Driving and develop new revenue generation opportunities with existing clients
Report directly to the sales manager regarding daily, weekly and monthly results

Requisitos

Qualifications
Work experience as Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Sales Account Manager
French native speaker
Proficient in English
Be proactive, dynamic and attentive to details
Have strong verbal and communication skills
Deal with multiples projects at a time
Be a problem-solver and a good communicator
Hubspot experience is a must.

Friendly and polite, whether with your colleagues or with your customers, use your communication skills
