Funciones

This position plays a critical role in the overall success and reputation of the business and operates as the primary connection between the company and its video game publishing and development partners.

This position will be based in Barcelona!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

• Ensure total customer satisfaction of Robot Cache’s publishing partners.
• Work with the marketing team to identify games and other promotional opportunities that are a fit with the company’s focus.
• Use advanced relationship management skills to proactively build rapport and support publishers needs.
• Use advanced verbal and written communication skills to articulate effectively. 
• Create and present professional presentations to director-level and an executive level audience on publisher game release plans and promotions.
• Location:  Barcelona, Spain

Requisitos

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Candidate must be well organized and detail oriented.
• 3-5 years of customer service or account management in a software company or related field.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and technical aptitude is
required.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Monitoring customer communication/issues, internal needs and response during non-business hours, weekends and holidays.
• Troubleshoot, develop new, creative, out of the box solutions to everyday challenges including streamlining support processes and continuous improvements to customer relationship management process.
• College Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Location:  Barcelona, Spain
