Key Responsibilities:
· Recording and control of accounting entries;
· Accounts receivable management - issuing invoices, recording receipts and their settlement, preparing weekly reports;
· Accounts payable management - recording invoices, payment requests and checking supplier statements;
· Bank reconciliations;
· Travel expenses;
· Preparation of financial reports and accounting statements;
· Support in monthly and annual account closing;
· Ensuring tax and accounting compliance;
· Support for internal and external audits.

Requisitos

Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar roles;
· Fluency in English (knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage);
· Proficiency in Excel;
· Excellent communication skills and ability to learn quickly;
· Dynamic, proactive and results-oriented profile.
