Funciones

Importante empresa multinacional, dedicada a la fabricación de bebidas espirituosas, necesita incorporar un Accounting Assistant , en las oficinas de Madrid
Funciones,
• Reconcile invoices, code them, and identify discrepancies after the posting.• Create and update expense reports for the Spanish legal authorities.• Process reimbursement transactions• Enter financial transactions into internal databases (SAP, VIM, Concur)• Check spreadsheets for accuracy• Participate in quarterly and annual audits• Deliver timely, accurate and compelling accounting reporting on the Subsidiary activities• Management of Subsidiary transactions: invoice, recharges, constant communication with Auditors, analysis of investments, etc.• Support month end process, i.e. analysing, tracking accruals and reconciliation of the balance sheet account.• Finance lead for invoice processing – monitoring and reporting of monthly invoice management working closely with the Spanish legal team / consultants and with the regions.
Skills;
• Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures• Familiarity with finance regulations (e.g. IFRS or NIIF)• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. SAP)• Organization skills• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information• BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field• Ability to interact, influence and challenge in cross functional teams• Continuous improvement mindset
