Funciones

The objective of the role is to perform the posting of invoices and credit notes on a timely and efficient manner. Responsible for disputes management and vendor account reconciliation.


Description

* Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
 * Perform invoice and general ledger data entry
 * Execute vendor account reconciliation
 * Vendor account creation and maintenance 
 * Dispute track, query and resolution 
 * MEC closing activities


Profile

Required: Finance and Accounting Vocational
Other Education / Certifications: Excel and SAP
Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
Able to use common office equipment.
Possesses strong data entry skills.
Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.
Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
