One of the top international management consultancy firms is looking for an Accounts Payable


Description

The Accounts Payable is responsible for managing & leading the overall AP, T&E & Bank processes, ensuring that the company standards and expected results are met.

He is also responsible for managing HR administrative functions assigned and executes any additional ad hoc analysis work required. Reports directly to the Finance Controller.

Main Responsibilities

 * Manage & control the Accounts Payable/Vendors overall process
 * Manage & control the T&E overall process
 * Manage & control the Bank payments & conciliations overall process,
 * Specific areas Accounting & Internal controls management
 * Provide support and manage HR Admin functions assigned


Profile

* University Degree
 * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
 * Upper Intermediate English level
 * Flexible attitude and team approach
 * Proficient organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
 * Detail focused
 * Able to work on own initiative - and be proactive
 * Enthusiastic, dedicated, hardworking and committed to meeting deadlines
 * Thorough approach to completing tasks
