Funciones

The chosen candidate will be responsible of the following tasks:
 * Provide leadership in administration of all components of C2C processing to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of payments
 * Plan, organize and define roles for teams to ensure that customer service expectations are met or exceeded
 * Ensure IT functionality is optimized to maximize working capital and the efficiency of the credit to cash process
 * Define performance metrics (for process, customer, employee and financial value profiles)
 * Maintain compliance with the company policy, procedures and internal control standards.
 * Assist staff in identifying, defining and implementing process improvement using LEAN methodologies
 * Identify and present solutions for continuous process improvement
 * Work with Treasury in developing and maintaining collection bank relationships
 * Responsible for staff training and education

Requisitos

The chosen candidate should have the following requirements:
 * Studies related to Finance, Economics or Business Administration
 * High level of English and a third european language is a must
 * 7+ years of experience in Credit to Cash processes
 * Shared Service center experience or International companies preferred
 * Expert in the end-to-end Credit to Cash processes
 * Good team player and ability to meet strict deadlines
 * Good analytical and interpersonal skills
 * 10% Travel required
