* To be the focal point with customers reconciling their slot usage on the deals (ie. slot/value
exchange, dead freight, etc.) tied up with our services
 * To fully understand the structure of each deal & items stating in the checklist prior preparing the
reconciliation template.
 * Close follow up with Line Manager for the updated checklist whenever there's changes to the deal.
 * Setup the tariff maintenance in system to facilitate correct invoicing to customer.
 * Update customers on the monthly slot charges with bunker update & ensure correct fixed slotrecovery.
 * Submit reconciliation statement to customers on their slot usage against their slot commitment, it
has to be drawn up accurately & within stipulated time frame.
 * Co-ordinate the information flow whenever there's voyage omission /slot suspension & arrange
necessary invoice adjustment.
 * Handle queries raised by customers & resolve the disputes independently.
 * Follow up with customer for the statement confirmation & ensure accurate & timely issuance ofinvoices.
 * Extraction of customers loading information - to scrutinize the report & probe agents forclarification on any data discrepancies.


Perfil del candidato

* Accounting/Finance Diploma Holders and above with 2 to 3 years working experience,
preferably in shipping industry.
 * Strong working knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel
 * Detailed and meticulous and strong problem solving skills
 * High level of accuracy
 * Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn
 * Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills and Team player.
