Funciones

Admin opportunities for candidates with disability certificate within PageSSC


Description

* Drafts correspondence, edits documents and takes minutes of meetings;

 

 

 * Creates, maintains, and updates various databases and reports and present data for management reporting purposes;

 

 

 * Analyses and produces high end management reports;

 

 

 * Contributing to creating a positive environment for effective team communication

 

 

 

 * Managing projects as assigned;

 

 

 

 * Plans, organises, and coordinates meetings, conferences, business seminars, other corporate events;


Profile

* Fluent in English (preferably native speaker), Spanish and a third language is a plus

 

 

 * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

 

 

 * High level of confidentiality, accuracy and discretion

 

 

 * Superior organisational skills and planning ability

 

 

 * Strong Problem solving skills, highly resourceful

 

 

 * Excellent customer service skills

 

 * Minimum 33% degree of disability

 

 * Experience in International Companies.
