An up-and-coming Fintech company is looking for a motivated Administration Specialist to join the Operations team in Barcelona. With this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a distributed and fast-growing team, making a huge impact on the company's development and establishment, and having real ownership of the work you do.
 
Main responsibilities: 
- Monitor and surveil the trading platform in order to provide an efficient and consistent service globally
- Ensure a smooth workflow of the platform 
- Analysis, reconciliation and reporting 
- Set up, configuration and administration of systems
- Perform operational and administrative activities working closely with Customer Service and IT teams located around the globe

Requisitos

Core skills/Experience: 
- Degree in Finance/IT or related field preferred
- Some experience in performing configuration of systems would be a plus
- Creative mindset
- Organised and proactive
- Professional and positive attitude
- Previous experience/interest within the e-banking and trading sector would be a plus!
