Funciones

License, role, and permissions management in Office 365, Atlassian Suite, Exclaimer, NordPass, TeamViewer, and more.
• Support the implementation of Microsoft InTune and Autopilot for the group.
• Breakdown of license costs to companies.
• User onboarding and offboarding.
• Online training for admins and users.
• Creation of user manuals and documentation in Confluence and SharePoint.
• Coordination with 3rd party provider for account migrations.
• Support local IT with first level support with PCs and Mac (printer, VPN, etc.).
• SharePoint page setup and management – setup structure, pages, policies, permissions, functionality scoping.
• User Group management on Azure AD.
• DNS domain management of group web domains.
• Creation of Microsoft Teams templates and structures with nBold.
• Setting up Power Automate and Microsoft Flow workflows to support going paperless.
• Maintaining a group-level IT Helpdesk on Jira Service Desk and maintaining solution documentation on Confluence.
• Integration of the Office 365 suite with other cloud services.
• Supporting the investigation of security breaches.
• Participation in international teams dealing with operational as well as strategic IT topics, and organizational challenges.
• Reporting on project progress to the Head of International Digital Transformation.

Requisitos

•  Good or excellent English skills
• Wide-ranging experience as System Administrator or System Engineer
• Basic network troubleshooting skills (VPN, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Firewall and WAN concepts)
• Operating systems (Windows 11, 10), Microsoft Office Suite, other Microsoft software 
• Microsoft Office 365 administration 
• InTune and Autopilot permissions management 
• Experience with ticketing systems
 • Power Shell scripting
 • First level support 
• IT security

Optional, but desirable
• Server administration (Plesk, Linux, SFTP, backups, rsync) and virtualization / containerization (Docker, VMware, Kubernetes)
• Either MCP, MCSA, MCITP Server Administrator desirable or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of and technical experience with Intel based servers and PCs/laptops, Windows client OS, applications run in an office environment (eg. Antivirus, VPN)
• Power Automate and Microsoft Flow
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 365 and other virtual client solutions (Citrix)
