Funciones

- Updating daily & weekly maintenance service for the Automatic container terminal operation system 
- Daily Communication with the customers and development center in Korea
- Necessary test work for software application 
- Update related documents

Requisitos

Must have:
- Good Communication skill in English 
- Spanish speaker for daily communication with users
- Knowledge for Software system, ex.ERP
- Professional mind on managing given job.

Good to have:
-  Knowledge for Software of IT solution system such as Java, VB, Oracle DB
- Open-mind and Sociable for customer relationship & communication
-  Experience or Knowledge of Container terminal operation
-  Experience IT help center
