The office is located in a rural area of Baix Emporda (Monells). The work should be performed from the office only (home working is not available).

Funciones

Administrative Assistant/Secretary

As a Secretary you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.

You will need to do the following:
•	Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
•	Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
•	Administration and bookkeeping
•	Electronic banking
•	Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
•	File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
•	Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
•	Develop and maintain a filing system
•	Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
•	Make travel arrangements
•	Document expenses and hand in reports
•	Assist with marketing initiatives
•	Assist with event planning

Requisitos

•	Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Spanish. 
•	Working knowledge of Russian is a strong advantage
•	Proficiency in MS Office, Acrobat, and general use of administrative software such as time keeping, SharePoint, any bookkeeping software and other office applications
•	Knowledge of Catalan is an advantage
•	Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
•	High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
•	Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•	Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals 
•	Integrity and professionalism
•	University/college degree is an asset
•	Previous experience is preferred

The assistant is expected to report to a couple, running the business.
