Funciones

Key Responsibilities
Real Estate Transactions
Prepare, review, and manage documentation for property sales and purchases (reservation contracts, purchase agreements, closing paperwork).
Coordinate with notaries, lawyers, buyers, sellers, and banks to ensure timely completion of transactions.
Manage processes with the Registro de la Propiedad and Registro Mercantil as required.
Licenses & Registrations
Support with obtaining and renewing STR licenses and other required permits.
Manage property registrations and administrative obligations with local authorities.
Accounting & Tax Administration
Collect, organize, and prepare invoices, contracts, and expense records for accounting.
Assist in the preparation of documentation for tax filings.
Support compliance with Spanish tax and regulatory obligations.
Property Management Administration
Draft, review, and manage leases, owner agreements, client correspondence, insurance, utilities, and community administration documents.
Organize and maintain detailed records of all managed properties.
Prepare monthly statements/reports for STR property owners and managers.
Client Support
Provide administrative services to CoastVenture’s external real estate and property management clients.
Ensure professional communication and timely delivery of all administrative tasks.
General Administration
Organize notary appointments, maintain filing and documentation systems, and handle general office administration.
Support management with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Requisitos

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience in real estate, property management, or legal/accounting firms in Spain.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with Spanish real estate contracts, notary procedures, and Registro de la Propiedad.
Understanding of STR regulations and licenses in the Canary Islands is a strong plus.
Basic knowledge of accounting and tax-related administration.
Languages:
Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
Additional languages are a plus (German, French, Italian, etc.).
Skills:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
IT Affinity: Comfortable working with digital tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, PMS systems, Booking.com Extranet, etc.); openness to using AI tools and new technologies.
