We are looking for an Administrative Associate based in Barcelona to cover a maternity leave supporting the Publications area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the world's leading clinical research organisations and be part of a dynamic and growing international company. 

Your role as an Administrative Associate will support the Publications area of one of our sponsors, a global pharmaceutical company. As a Administrative Associate, you will be dedicated to one of our global pharmaceutical clients; a science-based company with one of the most exciting product pipelines in the industry. 

This global pharmaceutical client develops breakthrough innovative medicines to improve and extend people's lives in oncology, general medicine and eye care. Working in this way, you will have the opportunity to build your career in a rewarding customer-focused environment that supports creativity, collaboration and performance. 


Responsibilities in the position will include
  • Support to MSLs, Medical Advisors and Medical Information Specialists 
  • Request and management of translations 
  • Follow up of deliveries and timelines 
  • Documentation tracking and maintenance 
  • Interaction with vendors 
  • Maintenance of files and records, providing general administrative support 
  • Other Ad Hoc project work


You are:

To enable success in this position you will have: 
  • Proven experience of providing high quality administrative support 
  • Confident using MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook 
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines 
  • Flexible attitude and ability to work on your own initiative 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Previous administrative experience in pharma industry/ CRO 
  • Fluency in English and local language
