Responsible for leading and managing the Customer Journey process,reflectingbestpracticeatallstages,bycontributingtotheincreaseoftheenquiriesconversion aswell asto a positiveexperienceforprospectivefamiliesinordertogrowandsustain ahealthyschoolroll.Thekeymeasurements are:


 * Ensure that the customer receives the optimal service experience.
 *  Contribute and ensure that the appropriate admissions processes and standards are in place.
 * Increase of enquiries conversion and overall pupil growth.
 * Provide the necessary admissions monitoring and reporting of admissions KPI´s and metrics, to allow the Head Teacher and Cognita to monitor and evaluate the school´s admissions progress.
 * Ensure the quality and integrity of the end to end admissions process.(customer data and pipeline performance). 
 * Ensure that the sequential stages defined in the Admissions process are being followed under the Cognita protocols and standards. 
 * Guarantee that the Open pipeline follow up is being accomplished in all stages by keeping regular contact with the prospective families until the end of the process. 
 * Follow the guidelines and recommendations defined in the Admissions Customer Journey manual to ensure that customers receive the optimal service experience. 
 * Take responsibility for data quality gathering and providing regular intelligence, analyses and advice on Strategy and best practice to senior management team.
 * To be responsible for the integrity of all the admissions and customer data at the school by gathering correct and complete data at all stages.
 * Moniitor the weekly progress of the school´s admissions pipeline, identifying any issues - feedback to school and monitor progress.
 * Develop and own the Open Days, leading to the generation of an increase in enquiries and recruitment.
 *  Lead the coordination and running of the Open Days.
 * Create and maintain positive working relationships with the school SLT, the Marketing Officer and all other staff in order to achieve a flow of information to gain input into admissions and secure appropriate buy-in.
 *  Create, maintain and consolidate the relationships with associations such as nurseries, social clubs, real estates, relocation agencies, etc…to build a solid brand - advocate portfolio

Perfil del candidato

* Diploma or Degree level qualification in a relevant field / ability to demonstrate relevant and successful experience in a similar setting. 

 * Pevious experience in a sales / customer service / data management position.
 * Excellent level of English.
 * Knowledge of computer software packages
 * Experience of a similar role in an independent school / university will be distinct advantage. 
 * Strong focus on sales. 
 * Strong emphasis on customer journey and conversion processes. 
 * Results oriented, with the ability to demonstrate expertise in using data. 
 * Analytical skills, ability to use multiple datasets to identify trends, provide intelligence and improve performance. 
 * Commercially astute with a very good understanding of financial metrics and forecasting. 
 * Experience of using customer systems / databases / CRM platforms at "super user" level.
