* Deliver a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire admission process and until the day before the program start date.

 * Explain admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails and face to face meetings.

 * Maintain the target metrics by converting the prospective students into enrolled and succeed in achieving the performance goals.

 * Conducting interviews, arranging campus visits, reviewing application materials, and assisting in the admissions decision-making process.

 * Analyse the assignment markets? and manage the necessary recruitment activities to meet enrolment targets.

 * Promote the programs by planning and executing admissions events virtually and in person


Perfil del candidato

* Optimistic, resilient, positive, and collaborative autonomous

 * Motivation, persuasion and result driven

 * Goal oriented and use to work under sales pressure

 * Excellent verbal and written communication in English (min C1). Additional languages are a big plus

 * Bachelor's degree in education or relevant field

 * Preferred two years' experience in international recruitment or admission counselling

 * Mandatory work permit

 * Strong planning, analytic and people reading skills

 * High level of comfort interacting with potential candidates from all over the world as they make important decisions

 * Ability to multitask, stay organized and engaged
