Our client is multinational start-up launched in 2015 managing private and business travel for their clients. With its free travel booking and managing platform, it became an award-winning company named as the fasted growing SaaS startup Europewide. Due to success and expansion, they are currently looking for an experienced  Business Travel Consultant willing to deliver high-touch customer care to join their multinational team in the city centre of Barcelona.

As a Business Travel Agent, your responsibilities include: 

- Booking air/rail/ferry/hotel/car and other related services
- Finding the best deals available for your client according to the company processes and preferred suppliers
- Assisting your client during his or her trip
- Creating a positive experience that ends with a high customer satisfaction
- Assisting all your clients during their trip with Visa/Clearance of invoices, refunds or cancellations

Requisitos

Key Languages:

- High level of English
- Advanced level of German or Spanish would be a plus

Core Skills/Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of working experience of Amadeus GDS
- Working experience in the tourism industry
- Experience in Customer Relations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills 
- Proactive and positive attitude 
- Quality and result oriented
