Funciones

The AI Recruiter is responsible for interviewing, scheduling testing and referring applicants for entry-level positions throughout TransPerfect’s AI division.

- Oversees full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, testing, and negotiating offers.
- Develops sourcing and communication strategies for projects in EMEA region.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications.
- Manages and facilitates the recruitment process to ensure a positive and timely experience for a candidate.
- Perform other special projects or duties when required.

Requisitos

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in other language, such as: German, French, Spanish or Italian 
- Previous recruiting experience (agency or call center experience preferred) is a plus
- Previous experience of social media and Linkedin
- Highly motivated and dynamic person with the ability to prioritize and high resistance to stress 
- Working knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
