Mission of the position:

Recommend and implement methods to increase efficiency and profitability. To analyze the company's business model and finances and to use the findings to make suggestions for improvement regarding everything from budget and operations to management, in the requested environment.

* Prepare reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations.

 * Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

 

 * Conduct financial analysis to determine present and future performance.

 * Using results from financial and budget analysis data, communicate results and presents business recommendations to upper management.

 * Analyze cost reduction measures, revenue generation ideas, and ways to streamline operations.

 * Support other areas and work together with them assessing current business procedures. Provide advice, support and training on financial and performance issues to the organization, or to members through the organization committees and taskforces on a consultancy basis.


Perfil del candidato

* 4+year in previous business analysis

 * Strong quantitative abilities

 * Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to Executive Level Management

 * Knowledge of Standard Accounting Procedures

 * Bilingual Spanish /English

 * Advanced Excel skills with the ability to create and interpret statistical analyses

 * Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
