Funciones

Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis including range performance, customer behaviour, retail trends, what if scenarios etc. in support of the account teams. Monitoring performance versus plan and making recommendations for change.


Description

Key accountabilities & responsibilities:

 

 * Analytical support to develop specific goals by customer airline for range performance.

 

 * Analytical support to maximise product performance versus plan.

 

 * Merchandising analysis to develop ideal bar standards by category, by channel and by customer airline.

 

 * Analysing sales and evaluating retail performance and cost lines and making recommendations for change.

 

 * Load optimisation planning for fresh food.

 

 * Promotional planning and creating tracking reports for promotional activities.

 

 * Incentive planning and creating tracking reports for incentive programmes.

 

 * Development of optimised pricing strategies.

 

 * Analysis of development initiatives and innovations - what if scenarios etc.


Profile

Key skills and knowledge required: (i.e. those required to fulfil the role, including qualifications):

 

 

 * Exceptional analytical capability, with proven use of logical, systematic and sequential approach. (Really good with data !)

 

 

 * The ability to express oneself clearly both verbally and in writing/presentations.

 

 

 * Expert in Excel.

 

 

 * Business level fluency in English.

 

 

 * 3 years previous experience in a similar role with a clear understanding of retail systems and processes.
