Funciones

Global Alumni Relations provides engagement services, resources and benefits to our alumni network of 60,000 worldwide and liaises across the IE stakeholder map to ensure the community stays connected to each other and IE throughout their lifetime. The team consists of 12 dedicated staff members based in Madrid and shared resources in Europe, Middle East, US and Asia-Pacific that focus on alumni and careers.

Key Action Areas:

•	This person will report to the Director of Annual Giving Program and will be responsible for developing a loyalty program for IE undergrad, masters and executive education scholarship recipients (scholars) that engages them throughout their entire lifecycle (candidate-admitted-student-alumni) and cultivates a strong sense of Giving Back to the IE Community as IE ambassadors, volunteers and future donors.
•	Execute on this plan in close collaboration with key stakeholders such as: IE Foundation, Financial Aid, Alumni Relations and Advancement, Campus Life, Program Management, Director of Strategic Innovation for the Business School, amongst others, involving them throughout the process and providing them with visibility to these scholars.
•	With the input of the key stakeholders noted above, establish a plan to segment and engage these scholars early on through communications (on and offline), customized events, exposure to IE Leadership at key points throughout their programs, and volunteer opportunities with key fundraising initiatives.
•	Working together with Program Management and Talent & Careers, develop processes and metrics to track the evolution of these scholars academically during the program and after the program in terms of career progression. Design key ways that they can stay involved in the Community after graduation and measure this engagement. 
•	Identify success stories and liaise with the Marketing Department to produce audiovisual materials to share on promotional webs to raise awareness around impact of scholarships.
•	In coordination with the staff member that leads Mass Campaign initiatives, design and implement solicitation actions and the appropriate timing of these outreach initiatives for current student and alumni scholarship recipients of years past.
•	Liaise with in house business innovation and IT team to identify ways to automate communications and processes to track scholarship recipients, their engagement to IE and their participation as donors in campaigns.

Requisitos

•	Master’s degree from a top University. 
•	Fluency in English and Spanish.
•	Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
•	Outstanding relationship management skills.
•	Previous experience with event planning and managing volunteers.
•	Experience in managing projects, agile execution and delivery within deadlines.
•	Ability to multi-task, liaise across multiple stakeholders and absorb large volumes of work. A can do attitude.
•	Pro-activity is a must, with a spirit for continuous improvement.
•	Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
•	International Experience.
•	Previous experience in alumni relations and/or fundraising.
•	Knowledge of Fundraising Database (Raiser´s Edge).
•	Experience using Microsoft Dynamics (and/or familiarity with CRM).
