SSC located in the south of Madrid is looking for an AR Transformation Lead with English and SAP to cover a maternity leave


Description

The chosen candidate will be responsible of the following tasks:

 * Key liaison to the European regional Finance and Controllers organizations as well as regional site representative and external parties
 * Drive Continuous Improvement culture in the function towards Harmonization and re-engineering of processes for optimization and cost reduction
 * Ensure service provided to the client for Accounts Receivable transactions is reflective of World Class processing (1st Quartile Performance)
 * Ensure readiness to catch additional operations and to implement System solutions in the region by dealing with Change Management and engaging teams appropriately
 * Key contributor to convergence of systems and processes with peers in Stellantis.
 * Key contributor to Stellantis Policy definition
 * Lead and Execute Operational Excellence (OPEX, Lean & Six Sigma) activities


Profile

The chosen candidate should have the following requirements:

 * University degree in Finance or similar
 * Previous experience in Finance/Sales preferred
 * Accounting Process knowledge or internal control experience preferred
 * Excellent written/oral communication skills in English 
 * SAP experience is mandatory
 * Change Expert - Change Management
 * Ability to deal with ambiguity and multiple tasks/projects at the same time
 * Drive for Results with a Customer focused approach interacting proactively and efficiently
 * Ability to work with remote teams
 * Ability to set priorities and to work with minimal supervision
 * Demonstrated process improvement and project leadership/management skills
 * Very engaged employee
