Architect - CTO (Java) - 100% Remote, Contractor Madrid

Funciones

- Architecture design and implementation of the infrastructure of the software.
- Maintenance and improvement of the architecture, as well as development of the IT Team.
- Design and implementation of the Architecture of the software (built in Java with microservices in AWS, as well as Kotlin in Mobile).
- Development of new features and maintenance, in permanent contact with the CEO to translate new business requirements and participate in strategic decisions of the company.
- Development of the IT Team, being in charge of recruiting new members and manage their evolution throughout the company and team.

Requisitos

- Experience of at least 5 years as a Java Architect, with experience using Microservices, as well as AWS and Sensitive Data Management.
- Experience building IT teams from scratch, or at least high responsibility managing projects in the long term.
- Fluent level of English; will be used daily with the team and stakeholders.

Se ofrece

- For this position, the candidate will be hired as a Contractor, with a fixed salary previously agreed with the company, in order to work exclusively for them, with the same rights as a Permanent contract (holidays, leaves, etc.).
