Funciones

THE ROLE: 

Kelly Services are working on behalf of Lloyd's Register in search of a Regional Sales Manager based in either Milan, Lyon or Madrid to look after the Southern European territory. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding business and play a pivotal role in driving growth! 

As the Area Sales Manager for Southern Europe you will: 
•	Lead, motivate and inspire teams to perform at their best, in service of building and sustaining a high-performance culture, evidenced by aggressive sales growth in the area.  
•	Lead Business Development within area, in cooperation with global BD managers and Marketing.  
•	Support, coach and mentor (junior) sales staff in the area, helping them in (more complex) client meetings, tenders and providing commercial support to them.  
•	Ensure that the local Sales teams develop and execute Inspection’s account strategies and action plans so that we achieve our objectives to grow the income, margin and market share of Inspection Services, in line with agreed business plans, strategies and budgets.  
•	Drive the development and execution of the CRM plans to retain and grow the lifetime value of both existing and new clients so that the teams meet or exceed sales targets.  

Requisitos

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:   

•	Significant experience in leading, managing and motivating Sales, CRM, Account Management and BD teams, preferably in a B-to-B environment.  
•	Track record in B-to-B Sales with an in-depth understanding of sales and marketing principles, preferably in a Testing Inspection and Certification market environment, servicing the Process, Power or Renewables sectors.
•	Experienced in managing remote teams and be willing to travel extensively (approx. 30%) to meet client needs. 
•	Strong relationships within target industries to be able to approach for new business
