Funciones

 * Industrial sales. First equipment and consumables. Machinery
 * Sector-Leading Family Business

As Sales responsible on the assigned Area:
- Will develop a business Plan every year on the Areas under it´s responsibility.
- Will develop and present to the board a year Sales target on December of the previous year, and will follow up a trimestral rapport of the running sales to evaluate with the Sales Directory.
- A Pro-Active attitude and strategy will be followed on market analysis prospections and the detection of new potential customers towards the Assigned responsibility Areas. Either from an indirect/Distance way from Barcelona via mails, Phone calls, conference calls, Forwarders or Institutional Agents, like programming commercial travels to search national dealers in the uncovered Areas.
- Will be assumed as Priority and strategic target to search, detect and incorporate new dealers & Agents in all assigned Areas where still there is no permanent and official presence. As well, will be followed and active policy of evaluation and improvement for the existing ones, deciding a change if necessary for the inconsistent ones.
- An absolute disposition, not limited to the training period, so will be continuous, will exist to receive and participate on the Company Technical trainings of the products and machinery developed by the Company. Including season stages at the R&D center, Factory plant or Machinery commissioning at customer places if are the case.
- Is declared that exists the minimum required technological knowledge to develop hand drawings and conceptual sketches of potential lay-outs of Customer factory to transmit Project requirements to Engineering Office.

TARGETS:
 - Evaluation and preparation of Machinery Techcnical Quotes.
 - Permanent follows up of Customer & Distributor Quotes.
 - Execution and Sales ends, including special high volume contract. Either for Machinery as per EVALAM and consumables.
 - Preparation of the internal Production rapports of the sale firm orders towards engineering office.
 - Commitment in following the win Project order under his responsibility. In the sense that the Project will be followed during all Production execution from the point of view of administration, commercial and burochracy side. Being the authorized member on the communication between Engineering Dpt. and customer requests and needs.
 - On middle term, to detect, evaluate and forward Technical developments and improvements on machinery and lamination process to increase our competitively, detecting virgin niche markets or new imaginative solution to continue being the world Lamy Leader
 - To keep the healthy and positive spirit in the Commercial Dpt. on the goal of achieving Company global targets over personal matters and interest.
 - To keep professional, available & commitment behavior today and in all future as personal attitude to be aligned with Company philosophy.

Requisitos

Area Sales Manager for Spain, Portugal, Italy, UK, Australia & NZ.
Minimum 5 years of Experience in same position.
English at a level of TOEFL or higher (C2)
Experience in Technial or Industrial Sales
Open to travel 30% of time
