Funciones

 * Management of CV database licenses
 * Reassign CV database licenses between employees
 * First point of contact for employees for questions regarding cv database usage
 * Troubleshoot issues with cv database usage
 * Create cv database usage reports on a monthly and quarterly basis, informing management on the results and giving recommendations
 * Updating internal records on CV database license holders

Management of purchasing process
 * Raise purchase orders through finance system
 * Receive vendor invoices and process them with payables team
 * Follow up with finance teams on approval of purchase orders
 * Follow up with finance teams on timely payment of invoices and keep vendors informed about payment status
 * Updating internal records on contracts, POs, invoices and their payment/approval status

Requisitos

* Availability 5 days per week.
* At least an availability of 6 months is required.
* Fluent English.
