Funciones

The Assistant Day & Night Receptionist is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests from arrival to the point of departure, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Responsibilities:
- Support the Front Desk team in delivering a seamless and welcoming experience to all guests.
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing information about hotel facilities and services.
- Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc
- Assist with check
- ins, check
- outs, and reservation management under the guidance of the Front Desk team.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, room availability, and daily reports as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and messages, ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist in coordinating guest requests and special arrangements, escalating complex issues to the Front Desk Supervisor or Manager.
- Help maintain front desk organization, supplies, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications & Assets:
- At least 1 years' experience working in a similar position.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast
- paced environment.
- Ability to work on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to integrate and work well in a team environment
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Good telephone persona with a friendly and helpful demeanour
- Possess an eye for detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Self
- motivated with the ability to work in a fast
- moving environment
