Funciones

To support full-time professors in their day to day administrative activities in order to guarantee the efficient functioning of the Faculty Office. 

Key Action Areas: 

•	Managing Payment receipts and reimbursements: to process them and send them to Administration. 
•	Giving support with activities related to Faculty processes: purchasing flight tickets, making hotel reservations, managing catering for events, etc. 
•	To program meetings and making bookings for classrooms.  
•	Giving support during events, such as: Faculty meetings, congresses, seminars, graduations (classroom booking, catering, handing out credentials and materials)
•	Handling internal mail.
•	Other activities requested by professors.

Requisitos

Requirements:

•	Mastery of English and Spanish (written and spoken).
•	Bachelor´s Degree.
•	Project management, teamwork, problem solving, and being able to guide professors, students, and co-workers.  
•	Ability to organize, responsible, punctual, and having attention to detail. 
•	Reliable and conscious of the importance of confidential information. 
•	Experience with Word, Excel and Power Point.
