Funciones

The Program Assistant compiles and prepares documents for IE undergraduate and postgraduate students, including IE Exponential Learning and Executive Education programs. Ensures intellectual property rights and deadlines throughout all stages of the process for the classes.

Key Action Areas:
•	Help Faculty members preparing their syllabi for their classes, compiling all teaching materials they need for their students to follow their courses: from articles to practical cases, teaching notes and books.
•	Prepare course packs with the information for IE undergraduate and postgraduate students in online and printed format–if requested by the students– on time.
•	Coordination with all the departments involved in the process: area directors, faculty coordinators, planning, programs, admissions, among other departments, to reach deadlines.
•	Coordination with the printing service, logistics and transport teams for assembly and delivery to Madrid and Segovia campuses.
•	Support IE departments in preparing teaching materials for other IE courses and programs (international relations, careers, corporate development and more).
•	Manage authorizations to acquire materials with heads of the academic areas and various deans.
•	Ensure author’s rights and copyright agreements of all documents.
•	Support other special Publishing projects with regards to the teaching materials data base and books.

Requisitos

Requirements:
•	Lybrarianship and Documentation Degree. Degree in English Philology to work with English-language texts. Master's degree will be valued.
•	Advanced level of English and Spanish (written and spoken).
•	Minimum 4 years of experience.
•	Customer orientated and socially adept. Proficient team worker, results orientated, advanced problem-solving skills and a quick thinker.
•	Process, quality and excellence focused.
