Funciones

IT (Information Technology) : Verification of guest incidents related to the IT department, request and "follow- up" of access identifiers to the network through Marriott International, delivery (documented) and verification of network access accounts, configuration and / or installation of applications (Outlook, Acrobat Writter, etc. ) or patches, physical installation and changes of location of computers or other components, hardware troubleshooting (PCs, Micros, Internet and telephone) , notice to maintenance companies, "follow- up" and temporary resolution or final, archive, deletion of computer data, printers and obsolete phones, realization of Inventories and monitoring of the status of purchase orders with suppliers.
