Our client, an international company ocated in Barcelona, is looking for a Regional Assistant Project Manager Coordinator in order to support IT demand management and project delivery activities for Continental Europe.


The Regional Assistant Project Manager Coordinator should ensure tools and methodology for demand and project delivery are well in place and properly used by IT business partners and project managers in order to achieve higher quality standards and increased agility in the delivery of IT projects. In addition, this Coordinator is responsible for the preparation of new projects and active project forecast as well as board pack preparation.

 * Is highly involved in the project forecasting and budgeting preparation activities.
 * Review of forecast and budget of new demand and active projects with Finance controllers.
 * Ensure project methology is communicated to and understood by new starters.
 * Communicate on methology updates to team members.
 * Ensure demand management and delivery methodology is well in place.
 * Review and assess the quality of submitted Business case and projects approval documents.
 * Develop KPIs around team activities.
 * Maintain and administrate Business Engagement team sharepoint.
 * Continuous improvement of team tools (dashboards, templates, etc ..)
 * Report and analysis on projects actuals.
 * Work in close relationship with IT Business partners and Project Managers in order to provide high visibility on demand and delivery of projects.
 * Preparation of the board pack including demand and delivery information with a high level of completeness and within required datelines.
 * Coordinate the delivery of work requests.
 * Responsible for procurement activities.


* Bachelor's degree.
 * Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft powerpoint.
 * Good knowledge of Microsoft Project server online and Microsoft Project.
 * Microsoft sharepoint online.
 * Excellent presentation skills.
 * Attention to detail and preparation.
 * High sense of ownership / drive.
 * Higl level of autonomy.
 * Previous experience in budget / forecasting.
 * Previous experience as project delivery support or PMO coordinator.
 * Very strong organizational skills.
 * 5 years experience on PMO supporting activities and supporting IT teams.
 * Full professional English proficiency + another European language is required.
