Funciones

We are looking for an Assistant that will support the running of the day-to-day operations, with a special focus in the launch, from scratch, of an educational global project. 
Candidates must be problem solvers, organized and detail-oriented, able to work on tight deadlines and comfortable working with diverse and international teams. 

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day activities and ensure the programs’ smooth operations.
• Coordinate with Schools and other departments that provide services (legal, communications, marketing, etc.).
• Complete all administrative tasks connected with the programs cited above
• Schedule calls, meetings, and follow up all items in the agenda.
• Coordinate procurement processes and material and resources allocation. Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors. 
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.

Requisitos

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree. 
• Accounting experience (academic and/or professional) will be valued.
• English and Spanish fluency.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer orientation.
