We are looking to recruit a candidate who gives support in fluent English and Spanish with excellent service. Your responsibilities are:
+ Attending all visitors at office and giving support to the office manager with all daily activities at office
+ Creating new property profiles & updating the website content and property portfolios
+ Professional office management support with all different kind of administrative tasks (phone, screening call, coordination of appointments & agendas, correspondence, other administrative activities, etc.)
+ Administrative support to the Sales Manager, fluently in English & Spanish
+ Good experience in Microsoft Office Package in Windows OS: Excel, Word, Internet, etc.
+ Good experience in a similar position with fluent English & Spanish (written & spoken) and excellent communication skills. Fluency in a third language will be considered.
+ Certified advanced English level
+ Reliable, responsible, highly organised, good manners and highly educated, team-oriented
