Funciones

The Associate Director for the IE Peruvian Office is responsible for creating and executing the strategy to recruit students interested in the masters and executive education programs in Peru, Bolivia & Paraguay. This position responds to the Peru Office Director and works in collaboration with the IE Admissions, Marketing, Alumni and Career Departments centralized in Madrid, Spain to achieve the B2C commercial objectives in the country.
 
Key Action Areas:

- Evaluate the national markets to develop a commercial plan of activities that attracts high-level profiles to the master programs.
- Manage the logistics and coordination of innovative events focused on each of the program areas.
- Generate and enhance local market entry strategies, coordinating agreements with National Specialized Associations, companies and the best universities in each country.
- Help position the IE brand in the national higher education markets and support the Marketing team in the marketing and communication campaigns.
- Analyse sales results to generate growth solutions.
- In coordination with the Marketing and Admissions Department, manage the follow-up strategy for all the programs´ leads and candidates.
- Be an IE ambassador and maintain constant contact with potential students.
- Propose and improve processes.

Requisitos

- Master´s degree from a top University.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Latin American market.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing or customer service is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work in teams and a client-focused mentality.
- High level of comfort interacting with potential candidates with diverse backgrounds.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and use resources efficiently.
- Flexible work schedule may require some national and international travels.
