The Master in Management Program (MIM) is one of IE Business School´s flagship programs. We are ranked 3rd worldwide by the Financial Times in 2017. It is a full-time, 10-month program, which can be pursued in English or Spanish. The program is geared toward recent graduates looking for an innovative, internationally acclaimed master’s program in management. It enrolls approximately 650 students per year, in two intakes (September and February), with up to 65 nationalities per intake. 
The Associate Directors are key members of the program management team and report to the Executive Director and Associate Dean of the Master in Management Program. This position will co-supervise and manage a team of one program advisor and 5 assistants.

Key Action Areas: 

•	Responsible for the daily management of the 10-month, full-time MIM program.
•	Interaction with students either orally through meetings and presentations as in writting through newsletters, guides and emails. Maintain a friendly, customer-oriented, proactive approach in this interaction.
•	Implement and maintain program best practices and policies.
•	Develop and cultivate relationships with IE stakeholders (professors and other departments).
•	Project management and responsible for a number of projects (short exchanges, series of conferences, graduation, language classes…)

Requisitos

•	Master’s degree. 
•	Fluency (written & oral) in English and Spanish is a must. Other languages are a plus.
•	Minimum of 3-5 years of operations and/or management experience. 
•	Occasional international travel, e.g. on exchanges.
•	Attention to detail.
