Funciones

The Associate Director of International Development will play an integral role in the Middle East and Africa International Development team, leading and executing high-impact activities and marketing to provide IE strong brand awareness and drive increased recruitment in the region.
Key Action Areas: 
•	Build a network of contacts to promote & strengthen the IE brand in the region
•	Grow the number of interested candidates in IE, thereby developing a healthy and steady pipeline of candidates
•	Use of IE’s CRM platforms & other relevant tools to closely follow up on the pipeline of candidates
•	Plan, manage & implement business development and commercial activities for the MEA Region to promote IE’s Master & Executive Education Programs
•	Develop new Sales & Marketing channels along with strategic partnerships with companies, institutions, associations to promote IE’s Master & Executive Education programs 
•	Benchmark competitors focusing mainly on their commercial activities and program offering
•	Coordinate with various IE departments to maximize the institution’s recognition
•	Participate in appropriate recruitment activities including fairs, local or regional presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, career days, etc. 
•	Support the Regional Director in designing the marketing, branding & advertising strategy for IE´s Master & Executive Education Programs in the MEA region 
•	Develop a strategy to engage Alumni in the IE community including providing support to the Alumni Clubs, coordinating Alumni events.

Requisitos

Requirements:
•	Master's Degree from a top University
•	4+ years professional experience.  Business development, Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.  Experience in higher education is a plus
•	Some knowledge or exposure to the region is highly recommended 
•	Strong interpersonal & communication skills including Presentation skills
•	Solid creative and problem solving skills is required
•	Entrepreneurial and willing to take risks
•	Good team player
•	Proven ability to adapt constantly to changing situations
•	Native/Bilingual in English. Spanish, French, Portuguese and Arabic is a plus.
•	Availability to travel
•	Good at multitasking
•	Ability to cope and adapt to the different cultures in the region and the team
•	High emotional intelligence which allows to understand the interaction with client and team
