The department of executive programs within executive education is searching for an associate director who can take responsibility for the product design, delivery as well as admissions related tasks.

Key Action Areas: 
•	Collaborate with faculty to design and develop executive programs.
•	Manage programs to ensure successful delivery.
•	Define and coordinate sales strategies to promote executive programs.
•	Lead management.  
•	Plan admissions’ events for prospective students.
•	Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are executed successfully

Requisitos

Requirements: 
•	Master’s degree from a top university.
•	Fluent in English and Spanish.
•	Outstanding communication skills, strong team-work capability and a positive customer-oriented style.
•	Ability to manage resources effectively and efficiently.
•	Strong coordination and organizational skills.
