The Associate Director at IE Talent & Careers provides services and support to students and alumni globally. This includes advising them on their career development and job search strategies, as well as conducting employer outreach and marketing our services to recruiters and alumni worldwide to cultivate new and maintain existing relationships. The Associate Director also assumes responsibility for multiple department activities, which may include, among others, some of the following. 

Key Action Areas:
•Meet regularly with assigned students to provide career advice and guidance.
•Visit the classroom regularly to update students on careers-related issues.
•Hold open office hours to provide sector-specific career advice.
•Manage on-campus recruiting programs.
•Understand and promote career resources and career education events. 
•Organize industry-specific career conferences and company presentations.
•Manage and report employment information and statistics.

Requisitos

•Master´s Degree from a top University. HR experience is a plus.
•Bilingual/native level of English is required. Some level of Spanish is a plus.    
•Multi-tasking and the ability to work with a sense of urgency under tight deadlines. Ability to hit the ground running.
•Candidates must possess strong business development and communication skills and an excellent, positive customer-oriented attitude.
•Additional languages would be a plus.
•Occasional business trips in Spain and/or overseas may be required.
