The Associate Director of Undergraduate Programs for IE University will play an integral role in the IE North America team, leading and executing high-impact activities and marketing strategies to provide strong brand awareness and drive increased recruitment of IE University undergraduate programs in the Northeast USA. The position will be based in the IE New York City Center in Manhattan. Key Action Areas: Develop and execute recruitment strategies for IE University undergraduate programs across assigned markets in North America.? Represent IE University at High School Visits, College Fairs, and Conferences. Guide and support candidates and prospective students throughout their application and admissions process. Plan and execute both large and small-scale recruitment events including, but not limited to, workshops, high school fairs, and other presentations. Work closely with the various teams within the institution: Marketing, Admissions and other relevant departments in IE. Competitors’ benchmarking focuses mainly on their commercial activities and program offering. Develop new Sales & marketing channels to promote the institution’s program portfolio & services.


Requirements: Master’s degree from IE or a top-ranked institution 0-3 years of professional experience. Business development and/or marketing experience preferred. Experience in higher education a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong organization, problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with data analysis, digital marketing, and market research strongly preferred. Excellence in project execution and operations. Entrepreneurial and willing to take risks. Candidate must have an open mindset and be flexible and adaptable under pressure. Must be a good team player. Native fluency in English required. Spanish is strongly preferred, but not required. Travel is required (60-80% travel from September – May of each year)
