Funciones

The Associated Analyst Finance provide analytical support and financial thought to the CLT and the commercial operations for cross GBU's (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Service). He/she is in charge of gathering, analyzing and reporting key income statement data along with other financial metrics, and thus help drive improved decision making and profitability.
 
 * Financial reporting, planning & analysis for commercial organization within Iberia region
 * Develop and execute periodic (monthly, semi-monthly, weekly) P&L reporting and other key performance indicators,
 * Derive (from the data) and present meaningful insight to local leadership to facilitate actions necessary to maximize profit potential. Ensure attention to detail while balancing with executive summary presentation of critical variances or opportunities,
 * Drive annual business planning process with commercial leaders for the commercial organization, adhering to corporate driven timelines and targets,
 * Execute monthly LE (Latest Estimate) and weekly order entry/revenue forecasting process, to identify and communicate applicable updates from previous forecasts.
 * Sales pricing and margin controlling
 * Collect, analyze and evaluate data on products, costs, and markets to support development and present appropriate pricing strategies,
 * Implement pricing tools to improve pricing decisions made at local levels while maintaining compliance with company policies,
 * Maintain and support revisions to price books for sales force and channel partners, working with multiple groups including Marketing, Operations, Finance and IT,
 * Assess and improve Country Tender and Quotations processes and participate directly in significant tenders to ensure best efforts are taken to win with appropriate margins,
 * Train sales associates on product pricing practices and proper use of internal pricing tools.
 * External sales commissions

Requisitos

 * Experience in a U.S./Global company, and U.S. GAAP.
 * High level of business intelligence, economic and business orientation with bottom-line focus,
 * Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with associates at any levels,
 * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
 * Fluent English,
 * Strong analytical skills,
 * Inquisitive nature,
 * Continuous improvement skills, agile enough to be comfortable in participative problem-solving,
 * Supportive approach to work
 * Able to work independently or as part of a team,
 * Strong PC and software skills:
 * Microsoft products and Cognos/Hyperion as a must,
 * JDEdwards, SAP or similar ERP system strongly preferred,
 * Results-oriented
