- Responsible for monitoring orders until delivery to customers to ensure excellence in service level.
- Interaction with customers by email and telephone.
- Act as the main contact person for assigned customer accounts.
- Track delivery and ensure the quality of products and services delivered to B2B customers.
- Deal with customer complaints, provide appropriate and alternative solutions on time; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Administrative monitoring of sales and technical team projects.
- Preparing bills in SAP.


- 2 to 5 years' experience in a customer service.
- Mastery of SAP Business One.
- Usual mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in German and English (oral and written) are mandatory, French and Italian are a big plus.

Salary: 18.000€ - 21.000€ 
Located: Madrid
8/9-17/18H M-T Friday 8:00-15:30H
