As a B2B Client Support Agent, your responsibilities include:
-Provide professional and friendly customer care
-Attending inbound inquiries from prospective clients via phone calls and email
-Understand the prospective client’s profiles and needs 
-Qualify leads contributing to an important database
-Occasionally, build small campaigns while developing skills in online advertising and small business practices

Requisitos

Key languages: 
-Native level of German
-Professional level of English

Core Skills/Experience:
-Previous experience in customer service
-Preferably, a solid knowledge of Google products such as AdWords or YouTube
-Experience with cross-selling and up-selling techniques
-Great communication skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
-Being passionate about sales, technology and the internet, with a desire to learn and develop
