New Business Development: Engage and convert businesses already using the platform, moving them from free profiles to premium plans through targeted upselling. Proactively reach out to potential partners to identify new commercial opportunities and build strong professional relationships. Account Growth & Portfolio Management Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and ongoing upsell potential. Client Coaching & Advisory Provide tailored guidance to help clients understand and leverage available solutions to improve their performance. Act as a consultative partner, offering insights on marketing approaches and effective sales strategies that support their business growth. Outbound Prospecting Conduct structured outbound sales activities, including cold calling and targeted prospecting, with a solid understanding of the full sales cycle. Inbound Lead Handling Contact inbound leads exploring premium offerings, clearly communicating the value and potential return on investment. Full Sales Cycle Management Manage the entire commercial process from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
2+ years of B2B sales experience, including new business development, account management, and client relationship management. Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation abilities. Excellent communication and active listening skills. A results-driven, high-performance mindset combined with a collaborative approach. Enthusiasm for sales and openness to continuous learning and improvement. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural, and structured environments. Native-level Italian and B2+ English level
