Are you an ambitious, driven and energetic person willing to start your career in Sales? Are you able to quickly qualify leads, engage in their needs and close the deal? Then step up and take this challenge in this exciting position in Sunny Barcelona close to the beach! 

Our client is a Belgian BPO working for a company helping SME's with their finances, from their office in Poblenou. This company helps entrepreneurs to reduce costs in complicated contracts. This not only saves time but also can save a lot of costs for entrepreneurs. 

They are currently building a new sales team for this exciting project to help them achieving their goals and making this a success. You will have the chance to get in touch- and build a network in a wide variety of clients in the Dutch market. Are you able to qualify the right leads, engage in their needs and close this deal? Keep reading.

As a B2B Sales Agent, your main responsibilities include:
- Cold-calling SME's in order to establish a collaboration  
- Surpassing the gatekeeper in order to reach the Decision-Making Unit
- Analyse the needs of the client by asking the right questions and listening carefully
- Adapt your pitch on the interests and needs of each particular client 
- Building a good relationship with various businesses.
- Work closely with the team in order to share knowledge and strategies

Requisitos

Key Languages:
- Native level of Dutch
- Good level English 

Core Skills/Experience:
- Goal oriented and target driven 
- Experience working in Sales would be a huge plus  
- Good communication skills
- Quick on your feet
- Engaged in the client's needs
- Great team player
- Ambitious, driven and energetic attitude
