Would you like to be part of a multicultural team of a new international company in Barcelona?



We are looking for Back Office Agents. The main tasks will be:



- Reviewing the content uploaded on the website 

- Solving service problems by determining the cause of the problem.

- Selecting and explaining the best solution and following up to ensure the solution

- Preparing service reports

- Solving computer problems

- Other administrative tasks

Requisitos

Bilingual level of English

Advance computer knowledge

No previous experience required

Se ofrece

Schedule:

From Monday to Friday or weekends and bank holidays - 8h/day in different shifts:

- From 8 to 16h

- From 16 to 24h

- From 18h to 2h
