FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY

Welcome and escort guests with an elegant and personalized approach, ensuring a smooth arrival. The Legacy Arrival Host is responsible for handling luggage, guiding guests through key moments of their stay, and ensuring that the arrival/departure experience reflects the service and quality standards of Legacy Ithos.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome guests outside the hotel with a warm and elegant presence;

Handle and transport luggage efficiently and carefully, ensuring complete safety;

Escort guests to the reception, spa, or their room as required;

Provide initial guidance about hotel areas (reception, spa, pool, beach, restaurant);

Support the management of arrivals and departures;

Maintain the exterior of the hotel organized, clean, and efficient for arrivals and transfers;

Assist in organizing transportation;

Ensure all guest interactions follow the hotel’s standards of luxury, courtesy, and discretion.

Requisitos

We are looking for professionals with a polished appearance and professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality and guest care. Communication skills, natural friendliness, and team spirit are essential. Proficiency in English (and additional languages) is highly valued. Previous experience in luxury hotels is a strong advantage for this role.
